What's a compromised account? (Compromised Account)
Suspicious Activity may suggest that an account has been hacked. It is the unauthorized use of an account by someone other than the account owner. Remember, ITS will never ask for your password via email or phone.
Who may request (or are eligible) for this service?
Requests can be made by affiliates and non-affiliates of the UofM.
How to Request Service?
If you suspect suspicious activity, please contact the Service Desk immediately at 901.678.8888. Any suspicious email may be forwarded to email@example.com to be investigated.
What Information is Needed to Fulfill Service Request?
To report suspicious activity related to a UofM account, all you will need to know is the email address from which the suspicious activity is taking place.
