Faculty members are encouraged to submit requests for materials through their Library Liaison or Departmental Representative. To evenly distribute ordering and ensure that funds are spent or encumbered before
the end of a given fiscal year, a calendar of request submission deadlines is established
annually.
Please submit suggestions for additions to the library as you have them. We will keep wish lists for subsequent disbursements.
To ensure full expenditure of the allocations, after each deadline, your Liaison will select against those funds for your area.
For the 2011 - 2012 Fiscal Year (July 2011 - June 2012)
25% Please submit requests totaling at least 25% of the allocated amount by Friday, October 11, 2011
50% Please submit requests totaling at least 50% of the allocated amount by Friday, January 20, 2012
75% Please submit requests totaling at least 75% of the allocated amount by Monday, March 05, 2012
100% Please submit requests totaling 100% of the allocated amount by Monday April 16th, 2012
