Rideshare Database Registration

The Memphis & Shelby County Health Department Pollution Control, Air Quality Improvement Branch maintains a database of individuals who work in the Memphis Urbanized Area Metropolitan Planning Organization Area and have expressed a desire to commute to work via carpool, vanpool, transit or bicycle.

Go Green! Save Some Green!

Gas prices and energy costs are soaring. Students, faculty and staff members can go green and save some green by carpooling. The U of M carpool channel is easy to use and conveniently located within the Spectrum portal.

Instructions for using the U of M Carpool Channel

1. Log into the Spectrum Portal using your UUID and TigerLan/email password.
2. After entering the portal, you will see the "Carpool Information" channel block in the right-hand column under the "Home" tab page.
   
3. To REGISTER or EDIT your carpool listing: Click the "U of M Carpool Registration/Edit" link and complete the form.
4. TO VIEW OTHER LISTINGS: Click the "Current U of M Carpool Listings" link.
