Represents a curriculum that educates, trains, and prepares the student to enter the urban sport profession and industry
Provides learning opportunities to compare and contrast systems from a public, quasi-public, private and commercial perspective
Focuses on leadership, programming, planning, marketing and promoting, supervisory, administrative and management positions in the urban setting of the profession
Program is approved by the Sport Management Program Review Council (a joint initiative of the North American Society for Sport Management and the National Association for Sport and Physical Education)
