For over 40 years, the LSON has prepared outstanding nurse leaders, practitioners, clinicians, and educators. Through opportunities available for Dreamers, Thinkers, and Doers within the University of Memphis, the LSON offers a learner-centered higher education.
Our programs are accredited through the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). To make higher education
accessible, equitable, and innovative, we offer online and hybrid RN-BSN programs
in Memphis and Lambuth campuses, and participate the Regent Online Campus Collaborative
(ROCC) for offering graduate programs in nursing. 2012 DAISY AWARDS
Dr. Belinda Fleming, Dr. Shirleatha Lee, Professor Kay Sims, and Professor Elizabeth Thomas received 2012 Daisy Faculty Awards.
