Interfraternity Council Recruitment council

Find out more about Interfraternity Council!

The fraternity recruitment process is designed to give chapter members and potential members a fair and equal opportunity to become acquainted as friends. Events are held at chapter houses or designated locations. As you travel from location to location during the week remember to find the place where you feel most comfortable and visit as many chapters as possible. The recruitment process is about making new friends, so relax, be yourself, and most of all, have fun.

  • Fill out the IFC Recruitment Interest Form here, and we'll contact you with ways to get involved during Summer 2013.
  • Join us for IFC-Sponsored Recruitment Week! September 9-13, 2013. This week will offer interested men opportunities to meet all nine IFC fraternities and learn what fraternity membership is all about - academics, service, social, leadership, and more!
  • Have questions? Contact Robbie Marsico, IFC Vice President of Recruitment - rsmrsico@memphis.edu.

Why did you go Greek?

"I went Greek because I wanted something more out of college. I knew the goals that I had set for myself before entering college, but having my entire chapter behind my back at all times, pushing me to achieve my goals and to be a better man has made a huge difference in my college experience."

Chase Presson, Junior
Interfraternity Council
International Business Major
