During the recruitment process, you will be exposed to many new friends and faces. The friendships you form will be an introduction into what Greek life has to offer you. This exposure gives you the head start you need to receive a positive beginning here at The University of Memphis. We want your experience at The U of M to be the best one possible.

In addition to making new friends, you'll find that recruitment is a busy time filled with many activities. Remember that we have all been in your shoes and we understand your concerns and needs. We are willing to assist you in any way possible. Just relax, be yourself, and have fun. However, it is very important that you take recruitment seriously and attend every event to ensure that you get the best recruitment experience.

Along with others going through recruitment, you will be assigned a Recruitment Counselor. These counselors will be there to help you understand every detail of the recruitment process. Recruitment can be so much fun, and if you have any questions, your Recruitment Counselor will be there for you. Our Recruitment Counselors have your best interest at heart. Most of all, these ladies will be your friends, and like any true friend, they will be there to listen.
