Listed below is a template that can be used for sending e-mail. To use the template in Outlook, simply click on the Click here to use in Outlook link, and Outlook begins a new message that includes the template in the body.

E-mail clients other than Outlook are not supported at this time; however, many e-mail clients allow the pasting of HTML into the body of an e-mail message. If you use an e-mail client other than Outlook, try clicking on the View a sample button and then selecting and copying the contents of the sample page into an e-mail message.

"Letterhead" Template
