The FedEx Institute Memphis Innovation Bootcamp is the most practical and impactful innovation training program in the Mid-South. Leveraging GoNimble by Lokion's real-life experience applying a wide variety of design thinking and iterative value delivery approaches, this hands-on immersive three-day introduction to the fundamentals of innovation through interdisciplinary collaboration and human-centered design serves not only as a catalyst to create real solutions for complex local civic challenges but in the process empowers teams to lead scalable innovation in their own organizations. Our flexible approach includes repeatable activities drawn from a wide array of proven design thinking frameworks, including the Stanford d-School , Google Design Sprints, Gamestorming® and more, to arm future innovation leaders with a versatile toolbox for fast productive problem solving to feed ongoing measurably impactful innovation cycles in any context.
