At Fogelman Leaders in Action (formerly known as Fogelman Women in Leadership), we believe that leadership is for everyone—and we’re here to help you build the confidence, skills, and presence to thrive in any professional setting.
Each month during the academic year, we host dynamic programming designed to empower all UofM students—regardless of major or background—to develop essential leadership skills.
We offer two distinct tracks to support your leadership journey:
- Student Track: Gain firsthand insights from top business professionals who share their real-world
leadership journeys and strategies for success. These sessions are designed to inspire
and equip students with practical tools for personal and professional growth.
- Professional Track: Engage in interactive, high-impact sessions tailored for emerging and established professionals. These experiences focus on building the skills and mindset needed to thrive in today’s dynamic workplace.
