New Student Orientation Requirements

If you have not yet registered for New Student Orientation (NSO), please do so before completing your Frosh Camp Registration. You will need your NSO date to register for Frosh Camp.

Registration Schedule

Registration for each camp will open and close per the schedule below.

The cost for Frosh Camp is $85.  

Refunds may be requested via email two weeks prior to the respective camp date. Refund requests/cancellations should be sent to froshcamp@memphis.edu and include Student Name, Camp Date, and Student University ID Number.

Payment Methods

You may pay for Frosh Camp using the following methods:

Online Payment – Paid at the time of registration by using MasterCard/Visa/Discover/American Express or electronic check. Lack of payment during registration will VOID your registration.
Scholarships - Registration scholarships are available for students who are interested in attending Frosh Camp! Limited need based scholarships are available on a first come first served basis.  If you are applying for a scholarship, do NOT register for Frosh Camp using the normal registration link. 

Scholarship Information

Thank you for your interest in applying for a registration scholarship to attend Frosh Camp 2024. This scholarship would cover your entire registration fee for camp - totaling $85. To be considered, complete this form in its entirety. Due to the limited nature of scholarships for Frosh Camp 2024, application for scholarship does not guarantee scholarship. Application opens on March 1, 2024 at 8:00 am and will be accepted until all scholarships have been distributed. The deadline for consideration is June 1, 2024. 

IMPORTANT:  Please wait to receive notification of whether or not you have been awarded a scholarship to register for camp. No refunds will be issued to students who register for camp before they are awarded scholarship funds.
