Fall 2022 Hispanic Film Festival

The Department of World Languages and Literatures at the University of Memphis presents the 13th Hispanic Film Festival to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. This year’s hybrid format will show five renowned films screened in-person and virtually.
- Admission is FREE
- Movies will be shown with English subtitles
- Movies start at 6 PM for in-person showings

University Center Theatre
All other films will be shown in the University Center Theatre (UC 145) on the UofM Main Campus.

- Sept. 29: Miriam miente (Miriam Lies) (Dominican Republic, 2019), Natalia Cabral and Oriol Estrada
- Oct.3: Nadie nos mira (Nobody is Watching) (Argentina, 2017), Julia Solomonoff.
- Oct. 6: Nudo mixteco (Mexico, 2021), Ángeles Cruz.
- OCt. 13: Amor urgente (Urgent Love), (Argentina, 2018), Diego Lublinsky.
