Scope: Enhance the existing kitchenette by installing an island cooktop with fire suppression,

Lambuth Hyde Hall Fire Alarm Upgrade / Basement HVAC
Scope: Upgrade the entire fire alarm system to meet all NFPA 72 requirements. Integrate
fire alarm system with the elevator controls. Demolish all old fire alarm systems.
Replace HVAC system serving the ground floor to meet the design air volume requirements
including dehumidification control. Replace/Clean reheat coils as needed. Install
new control valves, manual ball valves, and thermostats. Install new building automation
system and network for online monitoring. Provide ground floor duct cleaning. Project

of the existing roof and encapsulate the parapet walls. This will eliminate the new
leaks for approximately 25% of a full replacement and include a 2-year warranty. The
dumpster location is at the corner of Alumni and State. Project Manager is Nat Youngblood

Patterson Hall Fan Coil Controls Upgrade – Phase 2
Scope: Upgrade all fan coil units in the building to include new higher quality control valves,
new ball valves, and tightened threaded flex connectors. Include controls startup
and testing. 4 risers only offline at a time to maintain building heat. Hot water
will be offline when the transformers are down. Project Manager is Swazoo Claybon
