Scope: Remodeling of assigned DPT Program classroom/lab/office areas including cleaning/asbestos
abatement, painting, electrical, flooring, wall demo/reconfigure, door repairs with
hardware upgrade, ceiling repairs, furniture/equipment A/V, and lighting. Refurbishment
of public corridors, toilet rooms, and stairwells. Project Manager is Gerry Keen (ext.

Impact Area: Doctor of Physical Therapy Program
Project Timelines: Complete Phase 1 building construction by 12/19/25. Third floor Furniture is not

Lambuth Hyde Hall Fire Alarm Upgrade / Basement HVAC
Scope: Upgrade the entire fire alarm system to meet all NFPA 72 requirements. Integrate
fire alarm system with the elevator controls. Demolish all old fire alarm systems.
Replace HVAC system serving the ground floor to meet the design air volume requirements
including dehumidification control. Replace/Clean reheat coils as needed. Install
new control valves, manual ball valves, and thermostats. Install new building automation
system and network for online monitoring. Provide ground floor duct cleaning. Project

leaks for approximately 25% of a full replacement and include a 2-year warranty. Project

Patterson Hall Fan Coil Controls Upgrade – Phase 2
Scope: Upgrade all fan coil units in the building to include new higher quality control valves,
new ball valves, and tightened threaded flex connectors. Include controls startup
and testing. 4 risers only offline at a time to maintain building heat. Hot water
will be offline when the transformers are down. Project Manager is Swazoo Claybon
