Walt Whitman/Brian Selznick Diversity & Inclusion Event

Presentation by Brian Selznick, world-renown author-illustrator and Karen Karbeiner, world-renown Walt-Whitman scholar discussing the significance of Walt Whitman's poems about his romantic and sexual attraction for men, Selznick's illustrations, and the relevance of this publication to the LGBTQ+ community.

Love Doesn't Hurt presents a forum to address questions in regards to property, power of attorney, wills, estates, custody, and many more with attorneys from the Community Legal Center & Memphis Area Legal Services. The Tennessee Equality Project will provide updates on upcoming legislation.
