New Fee/Change Request 

Project Scope:
Review the current paper process for Academic/Administrative fee request. Create a new electronic process using Softdocs software with electronic approvals, tracking, email and reminder notifications. 

PROPOSED TIMELINE: January 2023 - April 2023

Project Updates:

  • Created an electronic process using Softdocs
  • Incorporated workflow for electronic approvals 
  • Automated email notifications & reminders
  • Streamlined the process flow and eliminated two review roles
  • Form Tracking available in Softdocs
  • New Index request information incorporated into the form, eliminating the need for an additional process
  • Auto populate Banner data for the submitter, requester and financial managers
