MS in Accounting Analytics receives STEM-Designation

We are proud to announce that the Crews School of Accountancy will officially offer a STEM-designated Master of Science in Accounting Analytics program effective August 15.

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) has identified STEM careers as some of the highest paying jobs and those with the greatest growth potential in the 21st century. The problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills gained from our STEM-designated degree will be highly transferable and in demand by top employers. Furthermore, STEM-designated degrees allow international students the opportunity to apply for three years of work in the U.S. through the extended OPT program.

This new STEM program will help students develop a specialized, in-depth understanding of the complexities of current accounting and tax practices.

For more information about the MS in Accounting Analytics, please contact Dr. Jim Lukawitz, associate professor and program coordinator.
