Dianne Moody welcomed a new kitten to her family
Dianne Moody, FCBE business officer, is excited to announce that she and her husband, Raymond,
recently welcomed a new kitten into their home. Even though their own children have
since grown up and left the nest, their fur babies keep them both very busy. They
have one dog, a Shi Tzu named Teddy; three feral cats named Lucy, Bambie and Little
Pint; and Lucy recently gave birth to their newest addition, which they lovingly named
Torpedo.
Dr. Kathy Tuberville led Study Abroad experience to Tuscany, Italy
Eight Fogelman undergraduate students recently had the opportunity to visit Tuscany,
Italy as a part of their International Management Study Abroad course. The students
met Italian leaders, learned about international business concepts and engaged in
meaningful cultural experiences.
The group was led by Dr. Kathy Tuberville, associate professor of teaching in the Department of Management.
FCBE Staff volunteered at Junior Achievement’s Inspire program
Felicia Roddy Jackson, Scholarship & Recruitment coordinator, Kim Womack, administrative associate for MIS & MSCM Departments, and Dametria Brooks, administrative associate for the Dean’s Office, volunteered at the Junior Achievement (JA) Inspire Career Exploration program which was held at the Agricenter last month. They assisted 8th grade students from
the Memphis and Midsouth area. The event offered middle and high school students the
opportunity to learn about careers directly from industry representatives in order
to become better prepared to enter the workforce. JA’s mission is to empower children
to solve problems, think critically and become engaged members of their communities.
