Employer Career Fair Information

Spring 2026 All-Majors Career Fair: Wednesday, March 25th from 10:00am-2:00pm

 

Career Fair Registration

Corporate: $450 | Government & Non-Profit: $350 | Education (K-12 Only): $200

Registration includes an 8' x 6' exhibit booth with one 8-foot table and two chairs. The package also provides continental breakfast, lunch, and parking for up to two registered attendees. Employers are welcome to bring marketing materials that fit within their designated booth space; however, balloons and confetti are not permitted. Additional Attendees: $35 per person

Please note, that registration requests do not guarantee participation. All registrations must be approved.

To accommodate the representation of all majors, Career Services reserves the right to approve or decline registration requests. 

Cancellations/Refunds/No-Shows

A full refund will be honored if cancellation is received via email within 10 business days of the event date. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. Additionally, no-shows are non-refundable/non-transferable. Space is limited so please let us know immediately if you need to cancel as other employers may be waiting to register. We appreciate your consideration.

CAN OTHER UNIVERSITIES PARTICIPATE IN THE CAREER FAIR?
We truly value the interest from our peers in higher education. However, the Career Fair is specifically designed to connect employers directly with University of Memphis students for the purpose of recruiting talent for jobs and internships. For that reason, other universities are not able to participate in the fair to promote their academic programs.
