About Moriah Brown
Moriah Brown is an academic services coordinator for the College of Health Sciences. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Physical Education Teacher Education in May of 2017, she worked at W.E.B. DuBois as a substitute teacher up until the closing of the school in 2019. Before joining the University of Memphis, Moriah worked as a graduation analyst at Southwest Tennessee Community College for three years. Her passion has always been health and helping others learn how to be healthier while juggling their day-to-day activities.
Coming into her new role as an academic advisor, she is excited to meet her students and help them achieve their bachelor’s degree under the College of Health Sciences. She is looking forward to working with her team, learning and growing in this position.
