About Robin Roach
Robin Roach, PhD directs the master's program in environmental nutrition. As a registered dietitian with interests in food security and sustainability, she leads summer study abroad programs to Belize, Shanghai, Switzerland, Costa Rica and Italy that focus on nutrition, wellness and sustainability.
