The School of Public Health Hosts Interactive Workshop with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation

To Support a Culture of Belonging

Sunday, 15 February 2026

The School of Public Health hosted an interactive workshop for faculty and staff to support a ‘Culture of Belonging’. The workshop was led by Dr. Kimberly Harris and Ms. Sandra Silva, consultants to our grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
Workshops like this provide structured space for reflection, skill-building and dialogue, equipping participants with practical tools to foster and strengthen cross-departmental relationships. In the long term, investing in a culture of belonging will support employee well-being and student success, reinforcing the School’s mission to promote health not only in the communities it serves, but within its own academic environment.
