Our mission is accomplished through, student learning achieved through a contemporary curriculum, industry engagement built through strategic partnerships, discovery through student scholarship, and resource development for continuously improving student learning opportunities. Our values emanate from our founder, Mr. Kemmons Wilson, (the founder of Holiday Inn) who believed in fostering a positive attitude with confidence, a spirit of entrepreneurship, and maintaining a wholesome lifestyle with lifelong relationships. Students completing the program will demonstrate a superior level of knowledge and competency for successful 21st-century career and leadership positions in one of the largest and rapidly expanding global industries. Mandatory field experience and internships provide students experiential learning opportunities in a variety of industry segments such as hotels, restaurants, resorts, attractions, and other related tourism sectors.   

The Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality & Resort Management requires a minimum of 120 credit hours to graduate.
