Sport and Leisure Management

The diverse curriculum of Sport and Leisure Management develop students with the skills essential to enter careers in marketing, management, facility and event operations, and other administrative positions in a constantly evolving sport and leisure marketplace. With diverse experience and expertise, the sport and leisure management faculty focus on connecting academic knowledge with practical application to help students prepare for the sport and leisure industry. Students have the flexibility to take courses online while also engaging in field experience through numerous opportunities in the student's selected geographic area. Graduates have secured employment with a host of organizations including professional franchises, collegiate athletic departments, governing bodies, corporate sport marketing departments/sport marketing agencies, event organizations, facilities, and community recreation organizations.

The B.S. in Sport and Leisure Management requires a minimum of 120 hours to graduate. You may complete this degree entirely online through UofM Global or in combination with previously completed college level learning from other sources.
