Master of Nonprofit Management

This 39-credit hour online program is perfect for both pre-service and mid-career nonprofit professionals looking to advance in their field, while gaining the cutting-edge tools necessary for success. Today’s nonprofit professionals must function in a complex and fast-paced environment. Nonprofit leaders must first understand the complex social issues that nonprofits aim to address with their programs and services. At the same time, they must have the skills and knowledge to effectively lead and manage organizations and develop approaches to address those social issues.

In this program, students will have the opportunity to focus their studies on general nonprofit management, fundraising and philanthropy, or social justice and social change. Each track is designed to advance knowledge and prepare nonprofit leaders to make a difference in their communities. Because this program was developed in collaboration with our many regional and national nonprofit partners, including social service agencies, arts organizations, philanthropic foundations and hospitals, students will not only gain multiple perspectives of nonprofit work, they will have the opportunity to truly experience the application of theory to nonprofit practice.
