Service Description: 

The Staff Assessment Management System allows supervisors and employees to create and access current appraisals, view historical appraisals created in this application, and electronically submit completed appraisals to Human Resources. The web application is available for supervisors and employees at https://umwa.memphis.edu/performance/

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can be made by Faculty and Staff.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit an online service request. 

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

Enter 'Staff Assessment Management System' followed by a brief description of your request in the Brief Description field and enter a thorough description of your request in the Details field. You can also add attachments if necessary. The more information that you can provide here, the faster and more accurately your ticket can be routed to the appropriate resource.
