Getting started in your online courses
Before registering for an online course, be sure to read all course footnotes in the schedule of classes and contact the department in which the course is offered to determine additional requirements. Though they are engaging and convenient, they do require high levels of self-discipline and motivation. To ensure a successful online experience, it is essential to have regular and reliable access to appropriate computer equipment and a high speed Internet connection. You must also have an active University of Memphis email account.
