Application Process

Step 1: Apply to and be admitted to the University of Memphis.

Step 2: Submit Equal Chance for Education Opportunity Scholarship application by March 16, 2019 for the following academic year. (You MUST be admitted to the University of Memphis before applying to the Opportunity Scholars Program)
