Java Update for Banner
After February 1, 2018, Banner INB users who receive a "Failed to validate certificate" message will need to update the Java client to the 1.8.151 or later.
Steps to update Java client on workstations
- Uninstall Java from the Control Panel/Programs and Features
- Restart PC
- Visit java.com and install the latest java (which is 1.8.161)
- Restart PC
Note: Use IE to access INB from the myMemphis portal.
