Meet Your Tour Guides

Our campus tour experience is led by actively-involved current students from different majors, areas of interest, and backgrounds. When you visit the University of Memphis, one of these students will be your tour guide, giving you a sneak peek into life on campus and the exceptional academic and social opportunities on campus and around the Memphis area.

Why I love being a Memphis Tiger: The community that the University of Memphis offers is unmatched. No matter where I go (class, football games, sorority events, dining hall, etc.), I feel at home.

Why I love being a Memphis Tiger: I love being a Memphis Tiger because of the sense of community that our campus embodies. I am constantly surrounded by individuals who believe in me even when I don't believe in myself. No matter where you come from or what you look like, you can always find a place here- and with that, I'm so glad today and everyday!

Why I love being a Memphis Tiger: I honestly cannot recall ever visiting a school that is so embraced by its city like the University of Memphis is BY the city of Memphis! We have a saying in the admissions office of "Memphis loves Memphis". We truly see this with our partnerships with organizations in the city and how our students steadily give back to the community. Memphis is a great place to be!

Why I love being a Memphis Tiger: I love being a Tiger because of the support I get in academics and from my peers around me. My top two favorite resources on campus are the Educational Support Services office where all students can receive free tutoring and the Technology Sandbox in the library where students can check out laptops, go pros, cameras, game systems, and much more! Both of these resources have assisted me tremendously during my time on campus.

Why I love being a Memphis Tiger: I love being a Memphis Tiger because there is truly no BETTER experience. I grew up in the Memphis area so being a Tiger has always been my dream. Being a student at the university has definitely not disappointed! I have been able to be involved at the university and around the city and have loved my experience.
