Lauren Lesser

- M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration and Student Personnel from Kent State University
Lauren Lesser joined the University of Memphis staff in May of 2019 to serve as an intern in the Center for Athletic Academic Services. In February 2020, she was hired as the Athletic Academic Counselor for baseball, men's and women's golf, mixed rifle, women's tennis, and volleyball.
Prior to Memphis, Lauren completed her graduate studies at Kent State University, where she completed internships in athletic academic services and the campus academic success center. Lauren also acted as a first-year experience instructor and residence hall director during her tenure at Kent State.
Lauren is a member of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) and Women Leaders in College Sports. While at Juniata College, Lauren was a member of the softball team and took an active role in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Originally from Mount Laurel, NJ, Lauren enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, going to sporting events, and visiting the New Jersey shore.
