UofM Homecoming brings together students, parents, alumni and friends to celebrate their Tiger spirit through athletic events, activities and entertainment.
University of Memphis Homecoming ROAR Fest
Friday, Oct. 24 | 6-8 PM | Luther C. McClellan Alumni Mall
Celebrate Homecoming at the University of Memphis with the free ROAR Fest Block Party.
This family-friendly event will feature live music, food trucks, special guest appearance
and a spirited pep rally with performances by the Mighty Sound of the South, Pouncer
and the Memphis Spirit Squad. At 6:30 p.m., SoundFuzion will take the stage with a
high-energy performance that blends rock, blues, pop and Memphis-made music. Memphis rapper Al Kapone will join the Mighty Sound of the South to perform their rap version of "Eye of the
Tiger! It’s Al Kapone • Al Kapeezy, Oh Boy!" Families are invited to enjoy the Family Fun Zone, complete with inflatables, making
it the perfect evening for Tiger fans of all ages.

Join us on Tiger Lane for a full day of Tiger Tailgate presented by Marriott Bonvoy and the University of Memphis Alumni Association. Fans can enjoy inflatables, music, and family-friendly activities beginning three hours before kickoff. Don’t miss Tiger Walk, where you can cheer the team into the stadium alongside the Mighty Sound of the South and Memphis Spirit Squads, taking place two-and-a-half hours before kickoff.

Security Notes:
Beginning at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24, access to the Luther C. McClellan Alumni Mall will be limited due to setup for Homecoming Greek Fest and ROAR Fest. Please use alternate entrances to nearby buildings if possible. Starting at 5 p.m., all ROAR Fest attendees must enter through designated security checkpoints and the clear bag policy will be in effect. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
