All Roads Lead to China at Summer Camps

May 6, 2015 - The Confucius Institute at the University of Memphis (CIUM) will partner this summer with Lausanne Collegiate School and Grace-St. Luke's Episcopal School to host its seventh annual Chinese summer immersion camps. The "All Roads Lead to China" camp will be held May 26-29 at Lausanne and June 1-5 at Grace-St. Luke's. The camps will feature enrichment activities focusing on the Chinese language and culture. These will include Chinese cooking, calligraphy, dancing, martial arts, paper cutting and Mandarin Chinese language. In addition, campers will enjoy Chinese cooking demonstrations and special performances.
The camps are open to boys and girls ages 5-14. Scholarships are available for students who qualify. More information and downloadable registration forms are available on Lausanne's website at www.lausanneschool.com and Grace-St. Luke's website at www.gslschool.org.
