Princeton Review Ranks UofM's Online MBA Program Among Nation's Top 25

May 13, 2015 - The Princeton Review has ranked the University of Memphis' Online MBA program among the top 25 in the nation. The Fogelman College of Business & Economics program was ranked No. 23 based on the first comprehensive survey of business school administrators and students taking online MBA courses.

The company chose the schools based on its surveys in 2014 of 80 business schools offering online MBAs (at which 75 percent or more of their program was online), plus surveys of nearly 2,000 students enrolled in the programs. Data from surveys of graduates of online MBA programs was also used.

The UofM Online MBA program also is ranked in the top 25 as a Best Value and among Best Online Business Programs for Veterans by U.S. News & World Report. The 33-credit hour program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), a standard achieved by only five percent of schools worldwide. It is designed for ambitious professionals whose demanding schedules or location make it difficult to attend classes in person.

The Princeton Review developed its survey methodology and criteria for the rankings based on input from editors of its annual Best 296 Business Schools guidebook and an advisory board of administrators at several of the nation's leading business schools. The criteria focused on five core areas: academics, selectivity, faculty, technical platforms and career outcomes.
