There are a couple of different things that could be going on here. First, please make sure that you've completed your Website Access training. This training is divided into two parts: SiteImprove and Modern Campus CMS. The SiteImprove portion of training requires a certificate, while the Modern Campus CMS portion only requires the completion of the Acknowledgment form. When you've complete both portions of training, you'll receive an e-mail from UMTech that both confirms you've completed these two sections of training, and also listing the site (or sites) you are now responsible for maintaining.
If you have already completed training, then you should now make sure that you are 'Signing-In' via the site you maintain. For example, during Modern Campus CMS training, your user account will only have access to sign in and check out files to edit from the Modern Campus CMS Sandbox site. So if you were to try signing in from a different site, like the University of Memphis Front Page for example, you would get an 'Access Denied' error message since your account does not have permission to edit that page.
If you are signing in via a site you are supposed to have access to, then it is possible your account does not have proper access to the site. In these cases, please submit a ticket to Web & Mobile Services via UMTech to request additional assistance.
Often, when a new image is not displaying properly on a page, it's because the image wasn't published after it was uploaded. In order for an image to be seen live on a site, it must be published after it is uploaded. To resolve this issue, make sure the image has been properly published.
To access assets, click on 'Contents' in the horizontal navigation menu at the top of the Modern Campus editor screen, then select 'Assets'. If you do not see 'Assets', then your account may not have access. To request access, please submit a ticket to Web & Mobile Services via UMTech to request additional assistance.
