Known Issues
Below, you will find a list of the issues we've encountered after the completion of the final migration
| Issue | How to Resolve |
|---|---|
| Section titles duplicated in side navigation | Edit ounav file to remove the extra section names |
| Duplicate Legacy Carousel component | Delete extra carousel component |
| Missing binary files (.jpg, .png, .doc, etc.) | Re-upload missing binary files to correct location |
| Missing/Incorrect H1 Headings | The H1 in the body of the page can now be controlled via the Page Heading field in Page Parameters. |
| Missing inline css styling or inline javascript | These were not included in the migration and will need to be manually updated to fix. Please submit a HelpDesk ticket if you require assistance to resolve |
Sitewide Issues
These issues affect a larger group of pages and may require intervention from the vendor to resolve.

| Incorrect breadcrumb names/section heading titles | Vendor applied fix that appears to have resolved a large number of the issues connected
to this (11/14). For further instructions on how to edit your breadcrumbs, please refer to our Breadcrumbs page. |
| Image/Photo Gallery Asset not displaying correctly | Image Gallery Assets are no longer supported in the new design. Broken image gallery
assets should be removed from pages. Image Gallery Assets have been disabled on the
new site, so it is no longer possible to create new Image Galleries using this tool. If you would like an image gallery for your website, please reach out to our team for assistance with developing a new one. |
| Some LDP Form Assets are not accepting submissions |
All LDP forms on the new site should be accepting submissions now thanks to a temporary
fix. As a result, submissions may not display in the submissions section in the CMS. All submissions (including new submissions post go-live) are still safely stored
in our data tables. Please reach out to our team if you need a CSV with your form
submissions. |
