Taking LOCAL Impact to GLOBAL Change

The MHA program blends academic rigor with hands‑on learning. Students apply concepts through case studies, simulations, and real‑world projects with healthcare organizations. This integrated approach builds the confidence and competence needed to lead in today’s complex health systems.

Shape your graduate experience around your goals. With elective options, specialized coursework, and opportunities for research or community engagement, students can deepen expertise in areas such as healthcare finance, operations, policy, analytics, or population health.
Graduate prepared to lead. The curriculum develops essential competencies in financial management, quality improvement, data analytics, strategic planning, communication, and organizational leadership. Internships and applied learning ensure you’re ready to make an immediate impact.
Build a powerful professional network. Students benefit from strong partnerships with regional health systems, faculty mentorship, alumni engagement, and involvement in organizations like ACHE, NAHSE, and AUPHA. These connections open doors to internships, fellowships, and long‑term career opportunities.
MHA graduates achieve exceptional placement rates across hospitals, health systems, consulting firms, insurance organizations, and public health agencies.
