Elijah Crandall

Elijah Crandall joined the University of Memphis staff in February of 2020 to serve as the Athletic Academic Counselor for Football and an ACAD 1100 instructor. Prior, to Memphis Elijah was an Assistant Academic Coordinator at Syracuse University. During his time with Syracuse, he oversaw a caseload of football student-athletes where tracked, monitored and reported their academic progress. Also, he administered and evaluated the academic pre-screening (Nelson-Denny) of all newcomers to the program. Lastly, while at Syracuse Elijah contributed to the success of the Guest Coaching Program.

At Wichita State, Elijah served as a graduate assistant for the Shocker Life student-athlete development program. Elijah is also, a member of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) and was a participant of the NCAA's Emerging Leaders Seminar Conference (2019). Originally from Philadelphia, PA and enjoys traveling, watching documentaries, going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
