Lauren Hillman

Hillman joined the Memphis Athletic Department in 2013 and has served in several roles within athletics. She is currently the Director of Career Readiness & Academic Advising.

Previously, Hillman served as an academic counselor for football and as Assistant Director of the Center for Athletic Academic Services from 2019 to 2021. She joined the football staff in July 2021 as Director of Player Relations, where she oversaw personal and professional development for football student-athletes, managed community outreach initiatives, and served as the program’s liaison with campus partners.

Prior to Memphis, Hillman worked as an academic counselor and Life Skills Coordinator at the University of Southern Mississippi. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in sport administration from Southern Miss and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in nonprofit management at Memphis. She is a native of Brandon, Mississippi.
