The Career Champions program prepares faculty and staff to intentionally integrate career development into students’ academic and campus experiences. Career Champions help students connect their learning and experiences to career readiness competencies, recognize opportunities to develop transferable skills and understand how their education prepares them for future careers. Through meaningful career-focused activities, conversations and experiences, the Career Champions will expand access to career development across the student experience.
