Biography

Yupal Shukla is a doctoral candidate in marketing at the Fogelman College of Business & Economics, University of Memphis. His research focuses on sustainability, recycling, and technology-enabled services. He serves as the research coordinator for the Institute for Intelligent Systems Student Organization at the University of Memphis (UofM). During his doctoral studies at UofM, he has published in Psychology & Marketing and the Journal of Service Management. He is also a recipient of the Liam Glynn Scholarship, awarded by SERVSIG and the Arizona State University’s Center for Services Leadership.

Fun Fact: Yupal loves playing Tennis and going swimming.
