Frosh Camp

Frosh Camp

Four days. Three nights. One unforgettable start to college at the University of Memphis.

Frosh Camp at the University of Memphis is a four-day extended orientation program that supports incoming students' transition into college by exposing them to University programs, resources, and traditions while connecting them to current and future student leaders in a welcoming environment.

Frosh Camp is open to first-time freshmen and incoming transfer students and is your chance to jumpstart life at Memphis before classes even begin.

Meet new friends, discover how to get involved, and build connections that last all year. Start strong, feel confident, and make Memphis feel like home before you even step on campus.

Students who attend Frosh Camp are more likely to graduate in four years and earn higher GPAs.

"From the moment I got there, I felt it. The energy. The support. The community. I connected instantly with my counselors and cabin-mates, and suddenly college didn’t feel intimidating—it felt exciting." - Ryan Hughes
