About Dr. Howell-Moroney
Dr. Howell-Moroney is a professor in the Department of Public and Nonprofit Administration. His research has covered diverse topics, including smart growth and urban growth management, the foster care system, and the integration of computing in schools. His current research focus is on the intersection of subjective wellbeing and public sector work. He is also an engaged scholar, working with local Memphis nonprofits to improve capacity and effectiveness.
