Dr. Parul Yadav is a researcher and educator with 15+ years of experience in Health Informatics, Machine Learning, Synthetic Data Generation, and Privacy-Preserving AI. My work focuses on developing ethical, scalable, and high-impact AI solutions for healthcare and cyber-physical systems. Recently, she developed a federated, privacy-preserving neural network for multi-hospital diagnostic collaboration using PyTorch. The system integrates differential privacy, secure aggregation, and weighted model averaging—achieving 99.5% accuracy across 35 communication rounds. This work demonstrates how healthcare institutions can collaborate without sharing sensitive patient data, strengthening data governance and patient privacy.
