Zoë Henley is an academic professional dedicated to advancing health equity, student success, and community-engaged programming. Her professional practice centers on supporting underserved populations and establishing inclusive environments that foster academic and professional excellence for students. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee within a family deeply committed to the field of education, Zoë developed an early and lasting dedication to community collaboration, leadership, and advocating for others. These guiding principles inform her approach to institutional leadership, public health practice, and strategic partnership building.
Zoë holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Middle Tennessee State University where she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (EdD) in Assessment, Learning, and Student Success. She currently serves as the Coordinator of Experiential Learning and Career Readiness for the School of Public Health at the University of Memphis. In this role, she directs strategic initiatives designed to strengthen workforce readiness, cultivate regional community partnerships, and expand professional development infrastructure for public health students.
