My program of research is centered on understanding racial microaggressions and their influence on mental health and health behaviors, and career development in disadvantaged college populations (e.g., first generation college students, racial/ethnic minorities, women). Overall, I seek to develop knowledge on the factors that precipitate disparities in career and health, and the ways in which these disparities can be decreased.
