Alex Willemin is an independent filmmaker and educator, specializing in writing and directing micro-budget films. Before joining U of M, he was an Associate Professor and program director at Jacksonville University. Alex earned an MFA in motion picture production from the University of Miami, as well as a Bachelor of Science in electronic media and film from Towson University. His films and screenplays have made him an internationally award-winning filmmaker. His directorial feature film debut, Albert and Claude is currently available VOD on Prime Video and Tubi.
