Fall 2026 Mastering Grad School Series

Graduate school is about more than earning a degree; it's about developing the skills, connections, and confidence to succeed in your program and beyond.

The Fall 2026 Mastering Graduate School Workshop Series features a lineup of interactive virtual workshops led by University of Memphis faculty, staff, alumni, and graduate student leaders. From navigating graduate school and publishing your research to preparing for your career and connecting with campus resources, each session is designed to provide practical guidance you can apply immediately.

All workshops are hosted via Teams and for current and prospective University of Memphis graduate students. Browse the schedule below and register to attend one or all of this semester's sessions.

Join Dr. Deborah Tollefsen and a panel of faculty experts for this Mastering Graduate School webinar as they explore the hidden curriculum of graduate education, including mentorship, networking, advisor relationships, professional expectations, and the skills students need to confidently navigate their graduate journey.
