Organizational Behavior / Human Resources

Dr. Kristen Jones
Dr. Kristen Jones studies OB/HR topics such as diversity and inclusion, identity management and disclosure of concealable stigmas, bias and discrimination, employee well-being and women’s health at work. Her research has been published in outlets such as Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Dr. Jones's research has also been recognized through grants from funding agencies such as the National Science Foundation (NSF).

Dr. Alex Lindsey
Dr. Alex Lindsey studies OB/HR management topics such as employee well-being and interpersonal mistreatment in the workplace. Specifically, his work has addressed perspective taking effectiveness, impression and identity management strategies, and demographic representativeness in management.

Dr. Jihae You
Dr. Jihae You studies psychological, sociopolitical, and institutional dynamics in and around business organizations. Her research interests center around the intersection of board diversity, CEO succession, shareholder activism, and symbolic management.

Dr. Kurt Kraiger
Dr. Kurt Kraiger studies HR management topics such as employee training and development, mentoring, cognitive aging in the workplace, and technology-based instruction in organizations.

Dr. James Vardaman
Dr. James Vardaman studies OB and entrepreneurship topics such as role of social networks, social influence, and social comparisons in employee and entrepreneurial outcomes. He studies these topics primarily in family business settings.
