University of Memphis Board of Trustees to meet December 12

Dec. 7, 2023 — The final University of Memphis Board of Trustees meeting of the calendar year will be held Tuesday, Dec. 12, in the Bluff Room of the Maxine A. Smith University Center.

Committee meetings will meet begin at 8:30 a.m. and will run consecutively. The full Board of Trustees meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. All meetings are open to the public and will be livestreamed.

The Audit Committee will meet with an executive session to follow to discuss confidential matters under state law.
