University of Memphis School of Public Health signs agreement with Tennessee Department of Health

November, 2024 - The University of Memphis School of Public Health signed an affiliation agreement with the Tennessee Department of Health.  Educational experience opportunities will be offered for University of Memphis School of Public Health students to learn through this partnership by way of research, study, service learning and practice experiences.

This academic affiliation agreement will include experience components through the exchange of faculty, staff and research scholars, joint research activities, continued education programming, organization and participation in seminars, symposia, short-term academic programs, and academic meetings, as well as the exchange of research and educational materials, publications and academic information. Tennessee Department of Health agrees to accept, and University of Memphis School of Public Health agrees to refer, qualified students in jointly agreed upon teaching, research and field placement activities.
